•  Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
•  Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
•  Manage the financial planning and analysis function to support key decision-making processes.

•  Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
•  Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
•  Manage cash flow, investments, and liquidity to optimize the financial health of the organization.
•  Conduct risk assessment and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company’s assets.
•  Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and profitability.
•  Communicate financial performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

• Education : BSc of Commerce
• Experience : 7+ Hands-on Experience in Finance Management in Agriculture Organization.
• ERP Familiarity is an asset.
• Effective Communication & Leadership Skills.
